Amber offers individual and group coaching designed to help professionals translate insight into sustained behavioural change and breakthrough performance. Our team of experienced executive coaches work with individuals and teams operating in demanding advisory environments where technical excellence alone is not enough. The ability to influence, build trust, manage complex relationships and lead difficult conversations becomes decisive.

Training programmes often create powerful shifts in mindset and awareness. Participants leave workshops with new ideas, tools and intentions. However, as professionals return to the realities of client work and organisational pressures, there is a natural tendency to revert to familiar habits. Coaching bridges this gap. It provides the structured reflection, challenge and accountability required to turn insight into consistent practice.

Our coaching approach therefore focuses on helping individuals experiment with new behaviours in real-world situations. Through structured conversations, reflection and feedback, participants develop the confidence to apply new approaches in high-stakes client interactions, leadership conversations and commercial situations. Over time this helps embed  the behavioural shifts required to move from technical expert to trusted advisor.

Coaching can be integrated into broader learning journeys or delivered as a standalone intervention. In many programmes we combine training with a series of follow-up coaching sessions over several months, allowing participants to reflect on their experiences, track progress and sustain momentum. This approach significantly increases the likelihood that new behaviours are adopted and maintained.

In addition to programme-linked coaching, Amber also offers one-to-one executive coaching for senior professionals seeking to strengthen their leadership presence, commercial influence and strategic impact. Group coaching is frequently used with partner groups, leadership teams and cohorts participating in development programmes, helping participants learn from each other’s experiences while maintaining accountability for change.

Our coaches are certified professionals with extensive experience working in professional services environments. They draw on a range of diagnostic tools and coaching frameworks including Hogan assessments, MBTI, Social Styles, and other psychometric and behavioural instruments where appropriate. Many also incorporate psychodynamic and systemic perspectives, helping clients explore not only what they do, but the underlying drivers of how they think, decide and interact.
